To be eligible for referral to the Kidney Society, patients must meet the following criteria:
- Have consented to their referral to the Kidney Society
- Have a diagnosis of kidney disease (stages 1-5)
- Be NZ Resident
Who can refer?
- Healthcare professionals (GPs, renal specialists, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.)
- Patients can also self-refer.
